About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Blue-Collar Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring blue-collar workers within Qatar, across multiple industries such as
restaurants, facility management, food & beverage, hospitality, and healthcare .
The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely placements, and delivering high-quality candidates to meet our clients’ manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions across multiple industries.
Source candidates through various channels (local agencies, job portals, referrals, social media, and direct outreach).
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical / skills assessments when required.
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
Work with urgency to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
2–3 years of proven experience
in
blue-collar recruitment in Qatar .
Strong knowledge of local labor market and manpower sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with multiple industries : restaurants, hospitality, F&B, facility management, healthcare, etc.
Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Must hold a valid
Qatar ID (QID) with NOC / Transferable sponsorship .
Ability to join immediately (preferred).
Fluency in
English
is required; knowledge of
Arabic or Hindi / Urdu / Nepali
is an advantage.
