Lead ARMO Wireline Engineer

Overview

Lead ARMO Wireline Engineer – a role that drives growth within a global energy company. The position is based in Qatar and partners with on‑site operators to maximize well capacity and value. Responsibilities

Lead the existing Wireline ARMO team in Qatar. Perform testing, maintenance and repair of electronic assemblies. Complete failure analysis documentation and repair records. Tri‑state, assemble and troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies. Provide technical support to other groups and co‑workers. Configure, prepare, maintain, utilize and / or design test stations and test equipment with instructions and documentation. Coaching and training for personnel in the team. Qualifications

Engineering degree in Electronic / Electrical. 5+ years in Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul, ideally with Wireline background. Dynamic interpersonal, leadership and oral / written communication skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Willingness to travel to plant sites as required. Working Patterns
