Accommodation Supervisor

At TK Airport Solutions we are responsible for the marketing manufacturing maintenance services and modernization of boarding bridges for airports around the world positioning ourselves as market leaders and executing international projects We are currently looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our Services Team of Middle East in Doha performing the following tasks The main role of the Accommodation Supervisor is to control and coordinate over all accommodation needs involving contractor and employees The main job duties of the Accommodation Supervisor are the following ones 1 To ensure safety of the employees in the accommodation against hazards like fire electrocutions chemical materials wet floors on daily basis 2 To check the apartments of employees in order to make sure that they are in good conditions on daily basis 3 To make sure that the accommodation properties are well maintained on daily basis 4 To provide assistance to employees while reporting their accommodation complaints to the office on weekly basis 5 To assist the arrangement of transportation for employees going to work place to Main Office and for airport pickup and dropoff on vacations on daily basis 6 To arrange accommodation for the new joiners and for those who need to change their apartment by coordinating the belongings movement on circumstantial basis 7 To disseminate information provided from Main Office to the employees related to accommodation and also to collect their response upon the information provided to them and report it to the office on monthly basis 8 To inform the contractor about damaged properties in the accommodation and to ensure all damaged properties are replaced repaired in time on weekly basis 9 To ensure proper hygiene by emphasizing cleanliness in the accommodation on daily basis 10 To monitor guide and approve the completed jobs of the accommodation cleaners on daily basis 11 To prepare reports on maintenance done by contractor on weekly basis
