Site Civil Engineer - Saudi Arabia (Overhead Transmission Line Projects - OHTL) - L1

Job Description

• Supervise all stages of civil construction, including access roads, soil investigations, excavation, foundations, and tower footing protection.
• Independently manage excavation and foundation activities at site.
• Ensure all works comply with technical designs, material specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the Construction Manager and other site engineers.
• Monitor and report daily site progress through Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Participate in Joint Measurement Committee (JMC) meetings and assist with billing / invoicing activities.
• Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
