Supervisor Educational Requirements

Fluent knowledge of English language (Speak Read and Write).

Three years’ technical engineering degree / diploma in mechanical engineering (polytechnic / HND) will be preferred

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field Job Description (but not limited to) :

Ability to carry out independently overhauling alignment & trouble shooting of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors Centrifugal and reciprocating Pumps Gear Boxes Belt Conveyors Screw conveyors Vibratory screens Pneumatic Conveying System Pneumatic Cylinders Hydraulic Power packs Hydraulic cylinders etc.

Ability to read drawings and instructions to install / remove overhaul rotating equipment or parts.

Ability to read mechanical components and structural drawing.

Ability to set align and install / remove rotating equipment or parts.

Possess Basic knowledge of maintenance of EOT Cranes Crane Hoist and crane components.

Ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems and to request required spare parts.

Understands and apply plant HSE standards and maintenance procedures while performing work.

Ability to work with SAP will be advantage.

Support Maintenance and REs in reviewing and validating critical spares which involves data verification SAP work and coordination with maintenance and WH teams.

Spares identification and BOM verification or SAP data review activities
