Job descriptionExperience using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Knowledge of accreditation standards such as ISO 15189, JCI, or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge across multiple laboratory disciplines. Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical laboratory instruments. Understanding of quality control and assurance principles. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education (Essential)
- Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal training program in Laboratory Technology.
- Licensed / Eligible for license with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).
- Valid CPR Certification.
Education (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant laboratory experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
