Scaffolding Foreman

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily scaffolding activities and team members Ensure proper erection modification and dismantling of scaffolding structures as per approved plans and safety standards Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for team members Inspect scaffolding work regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with project managers and safety officers Maintain documentation of scaffolding activities and inspections Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a scaffolding foreman or supervisor Relevant scaffolding certifications and safety training e g CISRS CSCS Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and Qatar regulations Ability to work in a fastpaced construction environment
