Overview

The Safety Specialist develops and enforces health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to safeguard workers, stakeholders, and assets. This role conducts safety audits, provides training, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Provide safety training and coaching to staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations and standards.

Requirements

Management degree or related studies from a recognized institution.

Bilingual English and Arabic is a must.

Minimum 10 years of experience.

Experience in construction safety management.

Knowledge of local safety regulations.

Strong observation and communication skills.
