We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a proven track record in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
