Role Summary Support the timely and accurate movement of domestic freight while providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth daily operations. What You Will Do : Ensure timely and accurate data entry and shipment updates Track, trace, and follow up on shipments throughout the workflow Coordinate with customers, vendors, and carriers to support delivery needs Ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships Adhere to SOPs, compliance requirements, and KPI expectations Support continuous improvement in daily operational processes Escalate concerns when necessary to ensure service performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications
What You Bring : Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working with systems (Excel, Word, operational tools) Good communication skills in English Customer-service mindset with attention to detail Logistics knowledge or HazMat certification is a plus (preferred) Additional Information
