Analyze and enhance sports business systems (BMS, event apps, facility systems, integrations). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT solutions. Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across IT services. Requirements

8–10+ years in IT service management or business systems analysis. Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. ITIL certification required; Business Analysis (CBAP) or PMP a plus. Experience in sports / event systems integration highly desirable. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Seniority level
