Role Overview A Laundry Attendant is responsible for supporting laundry operations and providing pressing, sewing, and similar services to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Work Locations Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail – Qatar Entertainment City Doha, Plot No. LED-ENT / 01

Key Responsibilities

Support the laundry function as required.

Complete wash cycles, fold linen, and store items correctly.

Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards and one‑call delivery deadline.

Greet guests in public areas and rooms warmly and friendly.

Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and related services to guests.

Ensure soiled and damaged linen is stored in soiled bags and disposed of correctly.

Maintain the linen room and uniform store, stocking floors with correct amounts of each linen item.

Use and store chemicals properly.

Report maintenance and hazard issues.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Qualifications & Competencies

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work alone or in teams.

Respond to guest requests and deliver high levels of service.

Methodical and well‑organized.

Preferred Experience

Previous laundry experience.

Experience in a similar role.
