Responsibilities

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be :

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations.
• Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hygiene and brand standards.
• Prepare departmental budgets and manage operational expenses.
• Implement quality control inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor productivity, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service challenges professionally.
