Hard working, reliable, honest, ability to follow internal policies, ability to work as part of a team, ability to implement the nursery’s mission and vision correctly, impart knowledge to the children correctly, deal with children’s behaviour appropriately and consistently, educate and evaluate the students, participate in class activities and outings, participate in events and preparation of such events, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines adequately, maintain individual confidential reports in regards to the children, maintain up to date records of all meetings attended, attend professional development sessions and implement the knowledge back adequately.
