Record activities and findings to the Asset Defense Supervisor.
Conduct examinations of events and situations described by the department.
Perform CCTV monitoring (live and random review of recordings).
Coordinate onboarding or repositioning of security-related staff when requested by Kulud Administration (e.g., newly-hired cashier / drug store assistants, pharmacists).
Send reports of examinations, incidents, and responses to the appropriate authority and to the worried department supervisor.
Carry out surprise branch visits and conduct surprise cash counts.
Supervise security projects such as CCTV setup, GPS installations, and smoke alarm maintenance assessments of contractors.
Maintain CCTV systems and visit pharmacy branches to address CCTV issues; keep logs of maintenance problems.
Manage security personnel for designated business centers (including IMC Shop and Kulud Shop).
Check CCTV recordings for missing check-ins / outs of personnel upon demand.
Oversee department admin requirements and maintain workplace tools and facilities.
Carry out other duties as directed by the CEO, DCEO, and APM.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, ideally related to IT or electrical programs.
Qatar driver’s license, ideally with a vehicle.
4–5 years of experience in asset defense / loss prevention in a retail setting.
Strong understanding of CCTV operations, preventive maintenance, and system installation.
Experience as a private investigator or strong investigative skills.
Excellent communication abilities, English preferred.
Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
Experience in event management, protection, and security administration is preferred.
