Job Responsibilities :

Develop lesson plans and activities to teach students according to the curriculum

Monitor progress of students during class time and evaluate performance through tests and assessments

Maintain discipline in the classroom, providing guidance and support to students as needed

Address parent / guardian concerns or questions regarding student progress or behavior

Prepare classroom materials such as PowerPoints, handouts, worksheets, etc.

Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and other school-related events as required

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred

At least two years of teaching experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well with both children and adults

Creative problem-solving skills

Proficient computer skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
