Job Description

A leading group in QATAR is hiring Architect. Prepares quotations, to include quantity take-off and documentation works, for projects or clientrequests that require solid surface materials, and sports flooring.2. Updates and maintains project specific documents like Delivery Notes, Interim Payment Applications(IPA), progress invoices, and variation orders when required.3. Makes client calls for following up submitted invoices and / or project related matters.4. Participates in collaborating with project site staff for purposes of meeting and coordination, site remeasuring activities, and the like.5. Prepares and revises shop, design, or as-built drawings in compliance with the client requests, designdrawings, sketches, or specifications that require solid surface materials and may include vanitycountertops, kitchen countertops, custom-built wall mounted cabinets wall claddings, receptiontables, shelves, other components, and sports flooring using any of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)applications such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or Revit.6. Plots drawings to be submitted for client approval when required.7. Maintains and updates AutoCAD 2d / 3d assets library as part of standards to be used in projects aswell as digital drawing files inventory for every assigned project.8. Creates project related 3d models and uses the same to produce rendered images for visualization,quantity taking-off, and client presentation purposes when required.9. Assists in office related works such as providing information on stock inquiry, CRM Quotationcreation, and the like as the need arises.
