Responsibilities
Attending customer telephone calls which lands on the designated numbers
Coordinating with operations team for the required information to be shared with the customers.
E mail support which involves
Coordinating with operations team to ensure the required queried raised has been addressed and completed.
Ensuring the customers are given right information as required by them.
Ensure issues are escalated at the right time to the team manager if there any escalation raised by customers
Requirements
Minimum experience required is 2 to 4 years within insurance preferably medical insurance
