Crew Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end crew recruitment for offshore operations (global sourcing, screening, interviewing).
• Coordinate visas, gate passes, offshore training, medicals, and mobilization logistics.
• Handle crew travel : flight bookings, hotel arrangements, port / heliport coordination.
• Maintain personnel files, payroll inputs, and Oracle / Shipnet updates.
• Manage emergency medical cases, ensuring transport, documentation, and crew welfare.
• Liaise with authorities, agencies, training centers, and classification bodies for certifications and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to MLC 2006, ISM, ISO & OHS standards.
