Job Description AtkinsRéalis is seeking a reliable and organized

Storeman

to manage inventory and logistics operations for a Facilities Management project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain or logistics and experience in handling materials and equipment within the FM sector.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of items.

Issue materials and equipment to FM teams as per project requirements.

Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and handling.

Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for timely replenishment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Prepare regular inventory reports and assist in audits.

Implement inventory control procedures and optimize storage space.

Prequalification / Certification

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience Storeman role within the

Facilities Management field .

Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MEP materials and tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.
