CIVIL SITE ENGINEER - QATAR Outdoor Factory is a design and build company founded in 2010 to deliver dreams into reality. Since then, we have established local and international projects and been meeting hundreds of happy clients and partners. We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to be employed by our company, which provides services in Theme Parks, monument museum, sculpture, industrial and special design projects, at QATAR Doha, to manufacture wooden railing, self-cooling floor, pool coating, artificial rock, themed façade. Qualifications

• Graduated from universities†engineering faculties, • Superstructure Project experience for minimum of 10 years in the field, and 5 years in technical office, • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Arabic is a plus, • Developed himself / herself about design, • Solid knowledge of Material detail, • Ability to manage a projectâ€s execution and detailed process (Previous experiences in grand hotels, parks, resorts, Malls is preferred) • Proficient in Autocad, Revit (3ds Max is preferred) • Strong interpersonal skills, • Valid driver license Job Description

To manufacture wooden railing, self-cooling floor, pool coating, artificial rock, themed façade, at QATAR Doha; Conducting all the coordination in the field between Employer and Consultant Gathering and presenting all necessary papers for approval of materials Doing official correspondence with the head office Handling local supplying at head office coordination Finalizing the approval following applications, and conducting the dispatch and the coordination with subcontractor Preparing manufacturing quantity, and its attachments Preparing quantity reports, progress reports, and daily site reports Ensuring subcontractor referral and coordination, by completing the applications following approval status Ensuring the working principles in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety standards
