We are looking for a
Senior SAP BO Reporting Specialist with
7–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing business intelligence solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP BusinessObjects, advanced SQL and PL / SQL development, and strong knowledge of banking systems—particularly Temenos. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making in a dynamic financial services environment. Responsibilities and Duties Lead the end-to-end development of SAP BO reports (Web Intelligence, Information Design Tool), ensuring alignment with business requirements. Conduct detailed data analysis and validation leveraging complex SQL and PL / SQL queries. Manage SAP BO report scheduling, report bursting, and administration activities. Analyze Temenos data structures and tables to design robust reporting solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert on banking domain reporting, including Customers, Loans, Deposits, and Credit Lines modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and drive reporting initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in report development and data quality. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Experience Advanced skills in SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WEBI) and Information Design Tool (IDT). Experience managing UAT processes and performance tuning. Expert-level capability in developing complex queries, stored procedures, and data transformations. Strong working knowledge of Oracle 19c and Microsoft SQL Server environments. In-depth understanding of Temenos core banking tables and data structures. Solid experience working with banking products and processes (Customers, Loans, Deposits, Credit Lines). Proven experience in SAP BO scheduling, report bursting, and administration tasks. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 7–10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence reporting within banking or financial services. Prior experience delivering reporting solutions in a regulated environment is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to independently manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
