Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a CCTV Technician based in Doha, Qatar. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems to ensure their proper operation. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, working with customers to resolve concerns, and adhering to safety guidelines, including handling hazardous materials where required. Additionally, the technician is expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CCTV Installation and maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients
• Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of Hazardous Materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical certifications or training in electronic security systems is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
