Overview

We are searching for a Senior Real Estate Agent with 2-3 years of experience in leasing.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend clients throughout the negotiation procedure to aid them obtain optimal worth for their home.
  • Research your neighborhood real estate community and be knowledgeable on present residence sales.
  • Promote your real estate agent solutions to the regional area with marketing products and networking.
  • Maintain and upgrade listings of your offered buildings.
  • Obtain and preserve unique listings of your very own.
  • Answer inquiries about contracts and terms of sale.

Qualifications

  • Solid sales, negotiation, and interaction abilities.
  • Ability to recognize and present contracts.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to network to build your organization.
  • Strong work.
  • Working expertise of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to work independently with excellent social skills.
