• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve customer disputes calmly and professionally.
• Dependability and energy level.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft office, including Microsoft word and Microsoft excel is an advantage.
