The Project Officer within the Engineering division will be responsible to monitor the quality of projects and ensure completion on time within the given budgets.
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparation of scope of work as per the approved concept / requirements from the Client (end-user) to ensure project requirements are captured in all aspect.
- Obtain approvals from the superiors within the dept. and relate the drawings and scope for Clients Approval
- Review operating budgets (allocated for projects) to analyze trends affecting budget need to provide advice or technical assistance with cost analysis to the budget preparation.
- Inspection and analyze quality of work and materials based on scope of works.
- Monitor and forecast any deviation in contract leading to both Time and cost impact and report.
Education :
Engineering degree with at least 2 years experience in Construction project management
Strong knowledge of AUTOCAD
