Chilled Water Pipe Fitter

Chilled water Pipe fitter shall be responsible for fitting joining and fabrication of Chilled water piping in the plant room Minimum Experience 5 Years in the same field Shutdown work Experience will be preferable We are looking for a highly experienced Chilled Water Pipe Fitter to join our team in Qatar specializing in chilled water system installation repair and maintenance within plant rooms The role requires strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in highpressure timesensitive environments such as planned plant shutdowns and critical maintenance windows Key Responsibilities Install assemble and align chilled water pipes and equipment inside plant rooms based on isometric and layout drawings Perform shutdownrelated tasks including disconnection replacement rerouting and reinstallation of pipe sections pumps strainers valves and fittings Conduct emergency repairs or preventive maintenance on chilled water lines during scheduled shutdowns Execute cutting threading grooving and welding TIG MMA or HDPE fusion work as required Assist in pump alignment pressure testing and commissioning after shutdown work Follow all plant safety procedures and adhere to shutdown schedules and protocols strictly Maintain tools and ensure clean organized work areas during and after shutdown Coordinate with engineers supervisors safety officers and other trades to ensure seamless execution during tight shutdown timelines Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in chilled water pipe fitting with at least 1 2 years in shutdown environments or plant room settings Trade certification or diploma in Mechanical Pipefitting HVAC Strong understanding of chilled water distribution systems pump rooms and mechanical layouts Ability to read technical drawings and perform tasks without constant supervision Familiar with pressure testing methods flushing and alignment procedures Knowledge of safety protocols related to confined spaces and shutdown work update cv in your account with required details and apply online
