Role

Housekeeping Attendant

As a Housekeeping Attendant you showcase the property from the moment guests arrive, ensuring that their stay is safe, clean, and enjoyable. You are responsible for how the hotel shines and sparkles; all public surfaces and areas must be at their best and issues reported. You also support the hotel in the back of house to ensure that office spaces are safe and clean for all colleagues. This role requires excellent customer service, fitness, cleaning skills, attention to detail, and a genuine care for your work.

Responsibilities

Deliver the best quality guest room cleaning services and ensure every guest feels relaxed and able to enjoy their stay

Clean corridors and public areas around assigned guest rooms

Follow Lost and Found policy for items left in the area

Report safety hazards and violations

Report maintenance or repair issues

Report lost items from guest rooms

Ensure linen is in good condition and placed as per brand standards

Maintain the trolley and pantry area to look clean and tidy at all times

Requirements

Ability to work under pressure

Customer service orientation

Ability to work independently and within a team

Flexibility and adaptability

Attention to detail

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Hygiene and safety knowledge

Experience Ideally 1+ years of experience within the hotel industry
