Job Description
- Monitor incoming email, faxes :
- To assistemployees of the security department in administrative and clericalmatters
- To organize intra-departmental meetings andparticipate in meetings
- Liaise with customers, suppliersand other departments and assist in the preparation of contractsissued by the Security department
- Maintain all documentspertaining to the Department
- To control the tracking andkeeping of all necessary documents related to the activity of thedepartment's staff in a personal file
- Maintainand order office equipment and supplies as required
- Toopen PR, submit invoices and track payments as necessary
- To assist the department's recruitment process, preparationof work and attendance schedule, vacation planning
- working in software, adding the monthly attendance schedule to thesystem
- Prepare the required reports on a monthly basisand submit directly to the manager
- To ensure thatDepartment notice boards are updatedaccordingly
