Description
Job Title : Baker
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other items from scratch or as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and equipment performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
- Manage ingredient inventory and request supplies as needed.
- Minimize waste through proper portioning and storage.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
Assist in developing new bakery products when required.
Qualifications
Male candidate (as per operational requirements).Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience.Skilled in baking from scratch and following standard recipes.Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling.Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Culinary or baking diploma / certification preferred.Age not more than years old.Candidates may be asked to complete a practical baking test.
