Role Description

The role also involves ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. This role is an on-site position located in Doha, Qatar. Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills HR Operations and HR Policies skills Experience in handling Employee Relations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the contracting or construction industry is a plus Proficiency in HR software and tools Driving license is an advantage Must have NOC and holding valid residence visa.
