Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including floors, walls, and waste areas.
Operate and clean pot-washing machinery and industrial dishwashers according to hygiene standards.
Sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
Dispose of trash and waste per hotel and regulatory standards, following recycling guidelines.
Assist cooks and servers as needed and perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
Adhere to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines for safe chemical use.
Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
