In this full-time role, you'll handle the production and editing of multimedia content, from videos and graphics to social media assets, ensuring every piece aligns with our innovative strategies and client visions. What You’ll Do

  • Produce and edit high-quality content, including videos, animations, graphics, and written pieces for integrated campaigns across digital, social, and experiential platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to develop content that embodies cultural relevance and strategic narratives.
  • Manage content production workflows, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Optimize content for various channels, incorporating feedback and trends to maximize engagement and brand resonance.
  • Oversee asset management, including sourcing footage, music, and effects, while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Who We're Looking For

  • A content production expert with 3-5 years of experience in editing and producing multimedia content, ideally in an agency or marketing setting.
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, or similar, with strong technical skills in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client presentations; additional languages are a plus.
  • A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives under deadlines, adapts quickly, and proactively seeks ways to elevate content quality.
  • Passionate about emerging trends in content creation, digital media, and cultural storytelling, with a drive for continuous learning.
  • Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including PR, social, digital, and events, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
