Punch list coordinator 1

Responsible for compiling, updating, and tracking punch lists to ensure timely closure and system handover.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect and verify punch items from all disciplines.

Track and monitor progress of punch closure activities.

Update CMS or project databases with punch list status.

Support pre-commissioning and handover processes.

Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.

5+ years of punch list coordination experience in oil & gas projects.

Familiar with completion systems (CMS, WinPCS, or equivalent).

Strong organizational and communication skills.
