VACANCY OVERVIEW SIMULATOR INSTRUCTOR

We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a SIMULATOR INSTRUCTOR. This is a residential contract based in Qatar.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience :

Minimum 6 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including 3 years as an instructor

Experience in plant processes, production equipment, and understanding of basic DCS process control systems

Experience in procedure development, analysis, and plant Operations and Maintenance

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Design and develop competency-based training courses, assessments, workplace learning materials, and tests; advise line departments on development and corrective action plans

Design, develop, teach advanced-level theory and practice, and assess using various learning methodologies

Operate within a multicultural, multinational, and multi-venture environment

Analyze knowledge and skills gaps in alignment with OJT (On Job Training) programs and design learning materials to meet individual needs in coordination with line supervision

Recommend learning solutions with course curriculum, respond to learner feedback, and make adjustments or enhancements accordingly
