Our client is a leading Engineering, Construction, and Project Management firm in the Gulf and Middle East, delivering innovative EPC, fabrication, erection, and offshore solutions. Role Overview

The Project Manager - E&I will lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Electrical & Instrumentation projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, estimation knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for Electrical & Instrumentation works.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation .
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and QA / QC).
• Review and validate project cost estimates, bids, and technical proposals .
• Monitor project progress, identify risks / delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and approvals throughout project lifecycle.
• Deliver projects within budget, time, and quality targets .
