to join our Business Operations team and drive quality assurance across complex internal systems. About the Role

As a QA Automation Lead, you’ll own the design, implementation, and execution of automated testing frameworks. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and stability of our systems through reliable test automation. While

not required . What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the development of automated test strategies, test plans, and test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing. Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks to ensure high test coverage across platforms. Collaborate with development teams to understand technical implementations and define testing approaches. Define best practices for automation architecture, code quality, and reusability. Own the end-to-end test automation process, from test planning to execution and reporting. Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to support fast and reliable deployments. Track, report, and manage bugs in coordination with engineering teams. Continuously improve automation efficiency, performance, and scalability. What You Bring

5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in test automation roles. Strong experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar). Proven ability to lead QA processes in Agile environments. Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Experience designing and building robust test automation frameworks. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Nice to have : Experience with Salesforce testing, Service Cloud, SOQL, or Apex automation. Bonus : Salesforce certifications or exposure to AI-based testing tools.
