Introduction
The Digital Security Managing Consultant will be responsible for assessing and developing security design and implementation of digital security services for our clients in KSA. This requires demonstrating thought leadership, delivery expertise and wide understanding of cloud native as well as hybrid / 3rd party security controls. The role focuses on delivering Cloud Security, IAM, security for cloud, workloads, data security, network and infrastructure across private, public, hybrid and multi‑cloud environments including Microsoft Azure, M365, AWS, Google Cloud. You’ll engage clients, understand their business needs, advise on IAM landscape, develop roadmaps and act as a trusted advisor.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Consulting – facilitate workshops, give presentations, produce high quality deliverables and manage large delivery engagements.
- Leadership – support solution, consulting colleagues, the technical team, manage client requirements and link them to IBM's solutions.
- Design and deliver Cloud & Data Security and IAM proposals, administrative, operational or technical.
- Define and create solutions that meet client requirements.
- Understand the Digital Security Posture of the client, including their drivers and appetite, risk, legal, regulatory and compliance drivers.
- Provide visibility and understanding of functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Assist client facing colleagues with responding to RFPs.
- Architect and deliver cloud native delivery methods and blueprints, security and deployment models for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS across hyperscalers.
- Deliver using agile approach and automation via IaC.
- Work with global and local teams; organize project approaches and teams for client delivery.
- Resolve program issues with senior leadership.
- Have strong understanding of cloud architecture and industry standards.
- Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to progress the Security Services portfolio.

Contribute content and advice to the offering development process.Help establish capability and skills models for the core domain, partner with wider team to develop expertise.Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Cloud certification for at least one hyperscaler; security specialist certifications preferred.Leading security certificate such as CISA, CISSP, CISM.Experience with industry compliance and security standards including KSA NCA ECC, CSA CSM, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS.Experience conducting security architecture and configuration reviews with Zero Trust principles.Extensive knowledge in security solutions : IAM, Data Protection, SASE, ZTNA, SWG, DLP, NGFW, IPS, DDoS, WAF, API Security, Micro‑segmentation, Email Security, Endpoint Security.Develop high‑quality security project design documentation.Experience with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and infrastructure technology.Background knowledge of KSA NCA ECC and related cloud standards.Track record delivering large‑scale, complex, multi‑year security transformation programs.Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions.Readiness to travel 25–50 %.At least 5 years of international deployment experience and 8 years in security consulting / architecture; overall 12 years in IT and Cyber Security.Fluent English.Seniority Level
