Graphic Designer (Qatari National only)

Responsibilities

Support the creation of print and digital publications and designs to communicate UDST’s image and messages to campus and external audiences.

Conceptualize, design, produce, and execute visual communication strategies, including logos, promotional items, special‑event materials, brochures, catalogues, and advertising in alignment with UDST identity standards.

Show a strong reel of 2D / 3D motion graphics and character animation, and a portfolio of motion graphics work.

Produce design work using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and related software, with 2+ years of experience in motion video production, multimedia, and animation.

Assist in layout and design of corporate materials such as Annual Reports, Academic Calendar, Student Handbooks, University View Book, College Program Guides, and newsletters.

Maintain a digital database of design items and materials for easy access, and stay updated on design software and industry developments.

Coordinate print production of marketing and communication materials, ensuring alignment with UDST visual brand identity.

Provide input on non‑print marketing, including video and photos, to maintain creativity, accuracy, and messaging goals.

Develop and maintain brand elements, design and visual style guidelines, and support the management of the departmental photographic library.

Liaise with vendors for cost estimates while meeting quality, financial, and time constraints.

Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design or related field.

Language : Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic required.

Skills : Highly reliable, dependable, analytical, problem‑solving with good time management; team player; expertise in marketing, branding, positioning; excellence in graphic design, content development, and copy writing.
