Overview

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an experienced Pathologist for a prestigious private healthcare center in Qatar. This role involves diagnosing diseases through laboratory testing, collaborating with clinical teams, and contributing to patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, relevant experience, and meet Qatar's DHP licensing requirements. Responsibilities

Conduct detailed laboratory examinations of patient specimens, including blood, tissues, and bodily fluids. Interpret diagnostic results and provide accurate reports to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support clinical decisions. Supervise laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Stay updated on advancements in pathology and integrate evidence-based practices into the role. Assist in developing protocols for sample collection, testing, and reporting to enhance laboratory efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and laboratory technicians. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and recommend treatment plans. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pathologist. Specialization degree in Pathology with a Bachelor's degree in Medicine. Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Pathologist in Qatar as per DHP guidelines. Specialist Healthcare License to practice in Home Country.
