• UPDA : Grade A
• BIM Capability is Mandatory (EIR-PWA)
• Consultant Experience
• Buildings Experience
• Previous Approval from PWA is preferable
• Duration : 12 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review structural designs , calculations, and detailed drawings for buildings (RC & steel).

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to ensure design compatibility.

Conduct structural analysis using engineering software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD).

Review and approve shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and material submittals .

Inspect site works to ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and standards .

Monitor concrete works, formwork, shoring, rebar placement , and other structural activities.

Ensure compliance with local codes and international standards (BS, ACI, ASCE, Eurocode).

Identify and resolve design and construction issues through technical discussions.

Prepare method statements, technical reports, and project documentation .

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams on progress and issues.

Ensure implementation of quality and safety standards at site.
