About the role

To achieve the booking and sales target for Service and Aftermarket Business Unit products (Service Agreements (Maintenance contracts), Service Repairs) with specified gross margin contribution and receivable days, in line with the company’s Environment, Health & Safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Intake : Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of Service Agreements and Service Repairs, while complying with company Finance, Ethics and Sales Policies.
• Sales : Work towards achieving the assigned sales target in the respective categories of Service Agreements and Service Repairs, with proactive internal and external customer follow-up.
• Gross Margin : Work towards achieving the assigned Gross Margin target in the respective categories of Service Agreements and Service Repairs by negotiating with customers and securing projects at the right price.
• Receivables : Be personally responsible for the pending receivables from customers and ensure that all outstanding balances are cleared in a timely manner.
