Senior SAP BO Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a Senior SAP BO Reporting Specialist with 7–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing business intelligence solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP BusinessObjects, advanced SQL and PL / SQL development, and strong knowledge of banking systems—particularly Temenos. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the end-to-end development of SAP BO reports (Web Intelligence, Information Design Tool), ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and validation leveraging complex SQL and PL / SQL queries.
• Manage SAP BO report scheduling, report bursting, and administration activities.
• Analyze Temenos data structures and tables to design robust reporting solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on banking domain reporting, including Customers, Loans, Deposits, and Credit Lines modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and drive reporting initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in report development and data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data issues in a timely manner.
