We are hiring for a

Logistics Coordinator

for our team, which would be an

off-structure

and

outsourced

role. The position will be under sponsorship and payrolls of our empaneled consultant. An Ideal candidate should be a Bachelor of Engineering in civil discipline with min. 4 years of experience in logistics management at a construction or real estate site in Qatar. Should be locally available with valid QID and LMV driving license. The

should be facilitated for a smooth and successful development of Lusail projects. Job Responsibilities : Overseeing contractors' logistics team and preparing daily report for Logistics team in QD. Overseeing logistics / traffic management plan and support contractor on timely implementation, ongoing maintenance and safe operations. Overseeing site storage and office facilities of contractor are in line with the approved plan. Reviewing dewatering plan and providing adequate routing plan for the committee approval. Monitoring, facilitating and reporting timely resolution of all critical interphase logistical issues. Participating and preparing inventory report for Surplus committee. Reviewing and commenting on issuance of online site entry application and building completion certificates. Reviewing technical submissions associated with logistics method statements, major movement of site possessions like machinery / equipment and coordinating with different contractors for seamless process. Overseeing requirements and ensuring all contracts related to fleets, site maintenance and complied with agreed terms and conditions and conducting site visits on regular basis. Coordinating for stockpile material movement through issuance of mandatory gate passes and control measures. Conducting regular site meetings with contractor representatives to establish logistics plan and induct new contractors, construction packages and developer personnel.
