Overview

Job Title : Petroleum Engineer - Lusail, Qatar

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineers to join our team in the vibrant city of Lusail, Qatar. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the extraction of oil and gas from reservoirs, as well as monitoring and maintaining production levels.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify potential drilling locations
Design well plans and specify drilling equipment
Monitor drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency
Analyze data from well tests and production rates to make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with other engineers and geoscientists to develop new methods for maximizing production
Oversee maintenance activities on wells

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in petroleum engineering

Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, production methods, and reservoir management

Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for optimizing production

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
