Engineering Manager HV (400KV)

Our client is well reputed EPC in the Power generation sector, as a Engineering Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of high-voltage substations and related infrastructure. The key responsibilities and qualifications for this position typically include :

• Lead the design and execution of 400kV substation projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards, client specifications, and project timelines.
• Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, providing strategic direction and fostering effective collaboration throughout all project phases.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering policies, procedures, and technical standards to drive quality and compliance with industry regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination across all parties.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet key deliverables and performance targets.
