Planning Engineer E and I

Location Qatar Salary QAR 6500 8000 per month FAT Vacancies 1 Joining Requirement Immediate Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer E I to join our team for Oil Gas construction projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning scheduling cost estimation and contract administration to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget Key Responsibilities Planning Scheduling Review and develop a detailed Resource Loaded Schedule for all E I activities Update and monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule Calculate progress weightage and generate reports for invoicing Prepare measurement reports and monthly invoicing Cost Estimation Monitoring Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for E I components as per project specifications Monitor and control project costs identifying and addressing deviations Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets considering materials labor and other factors Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine cost estimates Cost Control Implement cost control measures to optimize project expenditures Conduct cost analyses and recommend costsaving initiatives Ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures Contract Administration Review and negotiate contracts with vendors subcontractors and suppliers Ensure contractual terms align with project requirements and budget constraints Administer contract variations and resolve commercial issues Qualifications Experience Education Bachelor s degree in Instrumentation Electrical Electronics Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Planning Project Controls and E I Works within Oil Gas construction projects Technical Skills Expertise in project planning scheduling and cost estimation Strong knowledge of E I systems cost control and contract administration Proficiency in industryspecific software Primavera P6 MS Project etc Familiarity with relevant industry codes standards and regulations Soft Skills Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills Hiring from India Service charge applicable
