We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO in daily operations.
The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, internal coordination, communication, and project follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and productivity across all ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, and priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment on tasks and deadlines.
- Organize and track documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare summaries, notes, and reminders to keep operations running efficiently.
- Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, and light project management when required.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements :
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and initiative.Previous experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant (preferably in marketing, creative, or business environments).Fluent in both Arabic and English.Based in Doha, Qatar.Valid ID and Driving LicenseWhat We Offer :
