HSE Manager

Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessment, and accident investigation.

Familiarity with Qatari HSE legislation and international standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO).

Experience developing and implementing corporate HSE policies and procedures.

Excellent leadership, communication, training, and report-writing skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Health & Safety Management, with at least 5 years in a Corporate HSE role within the construction industry.

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

NEBOSH certification is mandatory, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications are preferred.

Membership with professional bodies such as IOSH, IIRSM, or BCSP are advantageous.

Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
