Hiring a full-time assistant to support the daily operations of our brand. This role is
ideal for someone who’s organized, responsible, and ready to take on various tasks that keep the business running smoothly—from customer service to backend coordination.
Core Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers : taking orders, processing
payments, responding to messages, and addressing concerns professionally
Manage and update our Shopify store, keeping orders accurate and up to dateRecord all incoming orders and coordinate them with the workshop for productionCommunicate directly with tailors : manage schedules, track timelines, and ensuresmooth workflow
Schedule the employer’s calendar : meetings, appointments, and studio-related tasksSeek out industry connections and opportunities for pop-ups, exhibitions, and eventsCoordinate delivery logistics : ensure the delivery person is aligned with customers anddelivery timelines
Oversee the flow of studio operations, helping ensure everything is on track anddelivered without delay
Assist with sourcing materials or handling day-to-day errands as neededRequired Skills & Qualities :
Strong communication and organizational skillsConfident with basic tech : Google Sheets, Shopify (training can be provided)Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-upReliable, proactive, and detail-orientedAbility to manage time well and juggle multiple responsibilitiesPreferred :
